About Me

Fourteen years ago I tore my ACL skiing in 2007. After 4 months of Physical Therapy, followed by surgery, followed by more Physical Therapy, I found for myself, the body needed assistance in healing.

I am a New Hampshire Massage Therapist with over 13 years in practice. 

After receiving my License in Massage at The New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts, I went to Maine to do my certification and study in Structural Integration with Tom Myers. Continuing education lead to years of amazing eyeopening study with Ron Murray, who inspired my endeavor of study in manual osteopathy in Toronto at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. 

My teachers are my most amazing and greatest inspiration, I thank them everyday, and I am very grateful to love what I do everyday.
